My Coaching Philosophy

Change that “sticks” comes from the inside out. To give your best to others, you must first focus on yourself.

Change isn’t always easy or comfortable — there’s no comfort in the growth zone! It is fulfilling and often transformational. I believe in fearless straight talk with a side of empathy and understanding. My clients are looking for a more direct approach to help cut through the noise and make sense of the feedback that is holding them back.

The Coaching Arc is three phases of learning...and a little unlearning!

Awareness

Everyone thinks they are self-aware. Sometimes, we need help seeing around corners. At the base of the Coaching Arc, we assess the situation and gather inspiration for where you want to go. What made you successful in the past? When are you at your best? What are your blind spots? In this phase, you’ll uncover your growth edges through valuable insights and self-discovery.

Resourcefulness

Coaches have a saying, “The client is creative, resourceful, and whole.” We’ll partner to embrace this while you continue up the Coaching Arc. Through discovery and reflection, you’ll identify tools and solutions that work for you, and find supportive resources to continue your growth. By learning your style and how to adapt, you are better able to bring your ‘whole’ self to everything you do.

Clarity

You’ll arrive at the top of the Coaching Arc with deep clarity about what mindsets and behaviors you shifted to produce positive outcomes and results. Clarity happens in bits and pieces along the way as you experiment with new habits, figuring out what works and what doesn’t. By gaining a new perspective of yourself, your situation, and others around you, you’ll break free of your plateau and begin a new arc of learning.

Assessments

Awareness starts with
an understanding of
HOW and WHY we are.

These behavioral assessments bring context what you may already know about yourself and
reveal new learning that will increase understanding of yourself and others.

DISC Certified Practitioner

For Individuals and Teams

With DISC, discover your natural and adapted behavioral style and how it is expressed externally. Learn how to identify the behavioral styles of others and adapt your communication to improve relationships, influence, and create positive results.

Motivators Certified Practitioner

For Individuals and Teams

Motivation influences behavior, decisions, and actions. Understand your natural motivators, the ‘why’ of how you operate. This will help you pursue the right opportunities for the right reasons and get the results you desire.

DISC and Motivators individually are two of the most powerful assessments available today. The result of combining the two offers results far greater than simply taking two assessments. Each assessment is unique and scientifically validated, with its own reports and insights. Use them individually or together to develop more self-aware leaders, assemble top-performing teams, improve sales and service results, and more.
